Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 April 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20 November 2024, I, LUKE STEPHEN COOPER, 3 CHAPEL TERRACE, CALDICOTT SCHOOL, CROWN LANE, FARNHAM COMMON, BUCKS, SL2 3SL Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of LUKE STEPHEN QUERSTRET and assumed the name of LUKE STEPHEN COOPER.
