THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WANDSWORTH hereby gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to authorise the stopping up of the highways described in the First Schedule.
THE ORDER IS MADE to enable the development described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with planning consent under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 given by the London Borough of Wandsworth on 20 December 2021 under local planning authority reference number 2021/2811.
COPIES OF THE ORDER AND RELEVANT PLAN MAY BE INSPECTED FREE OF CHARGE between 09:00 and 17:00 during a period of 28 days commencing on Thursday 5 December 2024 at Wandsworth Town Hall, SW18 2PU. Copies of the made order and stopping up plan are also available to view at Putney Library, 5-7 Disraeli Road, Putney, SW15 2DR during the library’s opening hours. ANY PERSON aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of Thursday 5 December 2024, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.

Land shown outlined in black and hatched in red on the attached plan, at the south-western end of Waterman Street, measuring 7.5m in a direction north to south and 5m in a direction east to west.

Demolition of garages and erection of a two-storey building accommodating 2 x 1-bed and 2 x 2-bed flats, with associated refuse and cycle storage.
