Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 October 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 22 November 2024, I, Elizabeth Higgins, 5 Lypiatt Court, Lypiatt Road, Cheltenham GL50 2QW Single and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Anne Elizabeth Higgins and assumed the name of Elizabeth Higgins.
