Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 June 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25 June 2024, I, Tracey-Ann Cummins, 225 Rhode Lane, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 6HA Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Tracey Ann Cummins and assumed the name of Tracey-Ann Cummins.
