SCHOOL STREET SCHEDULE AMENDMENTS – SS12, SS34, SS40, SS41 & SS46
THE HARINGEY (MOVING TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.15/16/17/18/19) ORDER 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough on 5th December 2024 has made the above mentioned Order(s) under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended:
The general effect of orders will be to amend the list of properties eligible for an exemption permit for the existing school streets detailed below:
(a) To amend the list of permit eligible properties for the existing School Street Zone SS12 – Vale Primary School, Lancasterian Junior and Infant School N17 to include the following: No.11 to 49 Church Road N17 (odd) and No.1 to 43 James Places N17 (odd).
(b) To amend the list of permit eligible properties for the existing School Street Zone SS34 – North Harringay Primary School N8 to include the following: No.2 to 6 Queens Parade, Green Lanes N8, No.653 to 661 Green Lanes N8 (odd) and No.260 & 262 Wightman Road N8.
(c) To amend the list of permit eligible properties for the existing School Street Zone SS40 – South Harringay Junior School to include the following: No.459 to 465 Green Lanes N8 (odd) and No.471 to 477 Green Lanes N8 (odd).
(d) To amend the list of permit eligible properties for the existing School Street Zone SS41 – South Harringay Junior School to include the following: No.479 to 485 Green Lanes N8 (odd) and No.491 to 501 Green Lanes N8 (odd).
As part of this scheme, a minor correction will also be made to the written schedule for the existing School Street Zone SS46 – Coleridge Primary School on Avenue Road & Crescent Road N8. This is purely an administrative change to ensure accuracy of our records and consistency with the on-street signage which will result in no physical changes on the ground.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 12th December 2024.
Further details: an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect the Orders during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR, or can be viewed online at https://streets.appyway.com/haringey within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.
Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
