PROPOSED SCHOOLS STREETS – GRANGE SCHOOL.

THE EALING (SCHOOL STREETS) (VARIOUS ROADS) (GRANGE SCHOOL) ORDER 202*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, proposes to make the above-mentioned Order, under sections 6 and 29 of and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the proposed school street Order would be to prohibit motor vehicles on ALDERS CLOSE, CHURCH GARDENS, CHURCH PLACE, OLIVE ROAD (Sutherland Road to its north-westernmost extremity), on Mondays to Fridays 8.30-9.15am and 2.45-3.45pm. Access permit address eligibility for each school area would be as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice. Exemptions would be provided for emergency services vehicles, permit holders: residents who live within the zone.

3. The proposed Order, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including plans, are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders is made, or the Council decides not to make the Order.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Order should be sent in writing by e-mail to ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference P088-2024 until the 8 January 2025. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
