Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 July 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 27 November 2024, I, Mandisa Zingisa Tsolekile-Baleka, 24A Kingsgate Road, London NW6 4TB Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Mandisa Zingisa Baleka and assumed the name of Mandisa Zingisa Tsolekile-Baleka.
