Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 (the "Act"), that as of 22 May 2014, David Ross, has transferred his interest as a limited partner in MXP II LP, an English limited partnership with registration number LP016032 (the "Partnership"), to Mountain Berg Limited, which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
