The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (South East) (No.38) Order 2024 " authorising the stopping up of two irregular shaped areas of Felix Road at Walton-on-Thames in the Borough of Elmbridge. This is to enable development as permitted by Elmbridge Borough Council under reference 2019/3601.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5841). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Walton Library, 54 The Heart (Off Hepworth Way), Walton on Thames, Surrey, KT12 1GH.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 13 December 2024.
