This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Trustee and the convener of the meeting, Nicholas Simmonds, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, Sussex, BN1 4EA. Creditors are invited to attend a virtual meeting for the purpose of considering the following:

1. That, pursuant to Section 298 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (“the IA86”), the creditors of Nicholas Trimmatis resolve to remove Nicholas Simmonds as the Trustee in Bankruptcy (“the Trustee”) of Nicholas Trimmatis’ Bankruptcy estate (“the Estate”), effective immediately upon the passing of this decision. 2. That, pursuant to Section 299 of the IA86, following the removal of Nicholas Simmonds as the Trustee of the Estate, the creditors of Nicholas Trimmatis agree to Nicholas Simmonds’ release as the Trustee of the Estate. 3. That, following the removal of Nicholas Simmonds as the Trustee of the Estate, the creditors of Nicholas Trimmatis resolve to appoint Andy Nalliah and another partner in RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP as Joint Trustees in Bankruptcy of the Estate, effective immediately upon the passing of this decision.
