The Protocol on the Accession of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, which was signed at Auckland and Bandar Seri Begawan on 16 July 2023, entered into force for the United Kingdom on 15 December 2024. This notice is given by the Secretary of State for Business and Trade pursuant to regulation 1(3) of the Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade Arrangements) (Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 (S.I. 2024/424).
