Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14 September 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 December 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of MILLIE ROSE CATHERINE PARKER who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of MILLIE CATHERINE PARKER and assumed the name of MILLIE ROSE CATHERINE PARKER.
