Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 29 August 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 December 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Emmet Lewis Moulton who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Emmet Lewis Hudson and assumed the name of Emmet Lewis Moulton.
