NOTICE is hereby given that the London Borough of Camden as Highway Authority intends to apply to the Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court, sitting at 51 Holloway Road, London, N7 8JA, on 23 January 2025 at 10.00am for an Order under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 authorising the stopping up of an area of the highway being that forecourt of the former properties at 14 16 and 18 Castlehaven Road.

The application for stopping up relates to highways with the following description:

The highway / forecourt shown on plan 209791-00-046/P06

The application will be made on the grounds that: these parts of highway are unnecessary. A copy of the draft Order and Plan showing the extent of the highway proposed to be stopped up may be inspected, free of charge, at St Pancras Library, 1st Floor, 5 Pancras Square, Kings Cross, London N1C 4AG, on Monday to Friday, between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm (excluding bank holidays and public holidays). or www.camden.gov.uk/stopping-up

Any Person to whom this Notice has been given or who uses the highway specified or who would be aggrieved by the making of the Order may appear before the Magistrates’ Court to raise an objection or make a representation on the application.
