Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 16 December 2024, the 50 Limited Partnership Interests held by Mrs Valerie Hetherton (deceased) as a Limited Partner in the CPPI Bridgewater Place Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP8923, were split and transferred 25 each to Mr Richard Hetherton of 19 Mill Lane, Acaster Malbis, York YO23 2UJ and Mr John Hetherton of 14 Prospect Terrace, Bishophill, York YO1 6EP.
