Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 August 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10 December 2024, I, Celia Joy Hazelwood, Lark Meadow The Street Barton Mills IP28 6AA Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Celia Joy Vince and assumed the name of Celia Joy Hazelwood.
