Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 February 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 2 December 2024, I, Sophia Alana Duke, 6 Docton Mill Westcroft Milton Keynes MK4 4FX Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Sophia Alana Smith and assumed the name of Sophia Alana Duke.
