Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, on 11 December 2024 The Power Trust transferred the entirety of its interest in Felix Capital Fund II LP (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of $1.10 to Sifnos Investment Limited, and that with effect from the same date The Power Trust ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Sifnos Investment Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership.
