The Trustee of the Ironside Lubricants Limited Directors and Executives Retirement Plan hereby give notice under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Plan has commenced winding-up and will soon be terminating. As part of the winding up process, the Trustee of the Plan wish to trace all former members and their beneficiaries who are entitled to benefits under the Plan. After the expiry of the two-month period the Plan shall be wound up (effectively meaning it will cease to exist) and the Trustees of the Plan will have regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this notice.
