Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 19 December 2024, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Henry Stephens (IP No. 9748) and Martyn Ewing (IP No. 28810) both of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
