NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 226 of the Isle of Man Companies Act, 1931, that a Meeting of Creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Mann Made Group, Second Floor, Atlantic House, Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1AG on Monday, 13th January 2025 at 10am for the purposes set out in Sections 226 to 228 of the said Act. Ian Richardson and Gareth Latimer of Grant Thornton are proposed for appointment as Joint Liquidators.

Forms of proof and of general and special proxies are available from the Directors. To be entitled to vote thereat Creditors’ proofs of debt and proxies must be lodged at Second Floor, Atlantic House, Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1AG, or by email to Paul Surgeon at Paul.Surgeon@mannmadegroup.com by not later than 4pm on the 10th January 2025. Secured Creditors must (unless they surrender their security) lodge at the above Meeting a statement giving the particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed.
