TAKE NOTICE THAT, your husband LAWRENCE MASARA herein called the plaintiff, has instituted proceedings against you in this Honourable Court under case number HCHF332/24 in which he prays for a divorce and other ancillary relief on the grounds of irretrievable breakdown of the marriage. If you wish to oppose this action you are required to file your Appearance to Defend with the Registrar of the High Court of Zimbabwe, Harare, and serve the same on the Plaintiff’s Legal Practitioner whose address for service is as approved within ten [10] days of this advertisement.

Should you fail to comply with the above, this claim will be heard and dealt with by the High Court as unopposed.
