A Petition to Wind-up the above named Company whose registered office was situated at 20-22 Venture West, Greenham Business Park, Newbury, RG19 6HX presented on 11 November 2024 by GVD Property Investment Limited whose address is Unit 1, Eagle Industrial Estate, Church Green, Witney, Oxon, OX28 4YR, claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on 14 January 2025 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
