Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Derwent London BSP Limited has transferred its entire interest in Derwent London 50 Baker Street Limited Partnership (formerly known as Derwent Lazari Baker Street Limited Partnership), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP022112 (the “Partnership”), to Derwent London 50 Baker Street Limited. Accordingly, Derwent London BSP Limited has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Partnership has dissolved.
