On 19 December 2024, a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court craving the Court that Global Surface Intelligence Ltd (SC439031), incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Suite 2 Ground Floor, Orchard Brae House, 30 Queensferry Road Edinburgh EH4 2HS, be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator appointed; in which Petition, by interlocutor of 23 December 2024, the Sheriff appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service, and in the meantime appointed James Alexander Dewar and Alistair McAlinden, both of Interpath Ltd, 31 Charlotte Square, EdinburghEH2 4ET to be joint provisional liquidators of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
