Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Commonfund Capital International Partners VI, L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in Apax Europe VII - A (Feeder), L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005949 (the “Partnership”) to Strategic Partners IX Investments – C L.P. and as a result of such transfer, Strategic Partners IX Investments – C L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Commonfund Capital International Partners VI, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
