Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Northleaf Capital Private Equity Collector (Canada) LP transferred 100% of its interest in CCP IX No.1 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP013152 (the “Partnership”), to Hollyport Secondary Opportunities VIII Limited. As a result of such transfer, Hollyport Secondary Opportunities VIII Limited was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Northleaf Capital Private Equity Collector (Canada) LP ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
