Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23 May 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 28 November 2024, I, Safiyah Khalil Kutthan, 14 Dean Court, Roundhay, Leeds LS8 4AJ Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Safiyah Almaas Qureshi and assumed the name of Safiyah Khalil Kutthan.
