SPECIAL AND ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS

At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at 122 Hither Green Lane, Hither Green, London, SE13 6QA on 12 December 2024 the following resolutions were duly passed as special and ordinary resolutions:

Special Resolutions

a) "That the company be wound up voluntarily".

b) "That the liquidator be authorised to distribute among the members of the company in specie part or the whole of the assets of the company and may, for that purpose, value any assets and determine how the distribution between members be carried out".

Ordinary Resolutions

c) That Mansoor Mubarik of Capital Books (UK) Limited, 66 Earl Street Maidstone ME14 1PS, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.
