Notice is hereby given that on 20 December 2024 a petition was presented to Airdrie Sheriff Court on behalf of MJ’s The Fort Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC672525) and having its registered office at 8 Cumbernauld House, Wilderness Brae, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, Scotland, G67 3JG (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to wind-up the Company and appoint an Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by First Deliverance dated 30 December 2024 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given
