Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Coller Partners 707 LP Incorporated transferred 60.34% of its interest in BC European Capital X-7 LP registered in England and Wales with number LP017467 (the “Partnership”), to PG Pace Holdings 2024, LLC, and transferred 39.66% of its interest to Partners Group Private Equity (Master Fund), LLC. As a result of such transfers, PG Pace Holdings 2024, LLC and Partners Group Private Equity (Master Fund), LLC were admitted as limited partners to the Partnership and Coller Partners 707 LP Incorporated ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
