Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Coller Partners 715 LP Incorporated transferred 39.66% of its interest in CCP X No.2 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016162 (the “Partnership”), to Partners Group Private Equity (Master Fund), LLC and transferred 60.34% of its interest in the Partnership to PG Pace Holdings 2024, LLC. As a result of such transfers, Coller Partners 715 LP Incorporated ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Partners Group Private Equity (Master Fund), LLC and PG Pace Holdings 2024, LLC were admitted into the Partnership.
