Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 5 December 2024:

1. Christopher Humphrey Ison Moore (IP number 8156) of BK Plus Limited, Azzurri House, Walsall Business Park, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 0RB was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in schedules 1 to 6 below.

2. Richard David Tonks (IP number 16670) of BK Plus Limited, Azzurri House. Walsall Business Park, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 0RB (telephone 01922 922050) was appointed as Joint Office Holder in the cases listed in schedules 1 to 6 below in his place.

3. Simon Robert Wall (IP number 31090) of BK Plus Limited, Azzurri House. Walsall Business Park, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 0RB (telephone 01922 922050) was appointed as Joint Office Holder in the cases listed in schedules 1 to 6 below in his place.

4. Notice of this Order shall be given when next reporting to creditors in accordance with their statutory obligations.

5. There be liberty to each creditor or, in the case of any members' voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies listed in the Schedules who has an objection to this order shall have 21 days from advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the block transfer cases until further or other order by the court.

6. Christopher Humphrey Ison Moore shall receive his release and discharge from liability 21 days from the present notice or filing notice of their removal with the Registrar of Companies or the giving of notice to creditors in accordance with the order in any other case, save that such release may be subject to further order in the event of an application by any creditor member for the specific case subject to that application.

7. The replacement Office Holders shall notify and file any appropriate notices in respect of this order with the Secretary of State, the Registrar of Companies and the appropriate courts.

8. The costs of the application and implementing the Order shall be borne by BK Plus Limited of Azzurri House, Walsall Business Park, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 8PH.
