Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 7 February 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23 December 2024, I, SALLY LOUISE JEPSON, 3 Springwood View Close, Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17 2HR, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name SALLY LOUISE STAFFORD and assumed the name of SALLY LOUISE JEPSON.
