Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from and including 16 December 2024 (the "Effective Date"), PARSER LIMITED (the "Transferor") transferred all of its limited partner interest in ADDITION CAPITAL COACH SPV 1 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP021512 (the "Partnership") (the "Transferred Interest") to PARSER VENTURES LIMITED (the "Transferee") and that with effect from and including the Effective Date, the Transferee assumed all rights and obligations in the Transferred Interest and was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
