Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, effective as of 1 January 2025, Robert C McCormack 1997-1 Irrevocable Trust (the “Transferor”) transferred the whole of its interest in Livingbridge Enterprise 2 LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP016854 (the "Partnership"), including its capital contribution of £434.1866, to 1997 Irrev Trust Private Capital Partners L.P. (the "Transferee"). Accordingly, with effect from 1 January 2025, the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of the Transferor.
