Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26/02/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 30/12/2024, I, RUTH HELEN STEPHENS, of 10 Castle Place, Brighouse, West Yorkshire, HD6 3HP, Widowed and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of RUTH HELEN NAYLOR and assumed the name of RUTH HELEN STEPHENS.
