Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12/08/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24/12/2024, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Phoenix Vernon Robson-Smith Kelpie, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Phoenix Vernon Robson-Smith and assumed the name of Phoenix Vernon Robson-Smith Kelpie.
