The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (East Midlands) (No.29) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of a part width of The Nook at Cottingham in Northamptonshire. This is to enable development as permitted by North Northamptonshire Council, under reference NC/23/00316/DPA.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/S247/EM/5296). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Cottingham Post Office, 2 Corby Road, Cottingham, LE16 8XH.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 9 January 2025.
