Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, TOWERS WATSON INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT MASTER TRUST IRELAND A/C TOWERS WATSON LIBERTY 1 MASTER FUND (the “Existing LP”) ceased to be a limited partner in HgCapital 7 E L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP015325 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 1 January 2025, by virtue of a transfer by the Existing LP of its entire interest in the Partnership to AMBERBROOK IX LP.
