1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 3rd January 2025 the Council of the London Borough of Hackney made the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the orders will be to introduce cycle hangars in the following locations;

| Alkham Road | Replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared use bay at the side of No. 62 Cazenove Road, in Alkham Road |
| Barretts Grove | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 10 |
| Bayston Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 47 |
| Christie Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay at the side of No. 275 Victoria Park Road, in Christie Road |
| Cleveleys Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 27 |
| Felstead Street | replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared use at the side of No. 1 Gainsborough Street |
| Gascoyne Road | Replace 1 metre of permit bay with double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions and 2.5 metres of cycle hangar outside Gascoyne House |
| Greenwood Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 100 Greenwood Road |
| Haberdasher Street | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay to the side of Nos. 27 and 29 |
| Kyverdale Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside Flat Nos. 7 to 12 Keates Estate |
| Leabourne Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay opposite Nos. 4 and 6 |
| Median Road | Replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared use bay outside Nos. 38 and 40 |
| Middleton Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 163 |
| Mount Pleasant Lane | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 40 Mount Pleasant Lane |
| Nevill Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 109 |
| Poole Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay to the side of No. 5 |
| Queens Drive | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay opposite No. 25 |
| Somerford Grove | Replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared use bay outside No. 12 Olympic House (next to an existing cycle hangar) |
| Wilton Way | Replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared use bay at the side of No. 48 Navarino Road |
| Yoakley Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay opposite No. 48 |
3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 13th day of January 2025, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made by email request to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk. Alternatively such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.
4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, may appeal to the High Court.
