Notice is hereby given that on 06 January 2025, a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton craving the Court inter alia to order that Logistics & Facility Solutions Limited, Company Number SC526409 and having its registered office at Sharles Chartered Accountants, 29 Brandon Street, Hamilton, ML3 6DA to be wound up by the Court by which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 08 January 2025 appointed any other persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court, Civil Building, Birnie House, Hamilton Business Park, Caird Street, Hamilton, ML3 0AL, within eight days of intimation, service or advertisement and appointed David McGinness and Judith Louise Howson, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
