Transfer of Partnership Interest

Notice is hereby given that on 16 December 2024, Green Leaf B 2018 Trustee Limited (acting in its capacity as trustee of the Green Lead ZB 2018 Unit Trust) has agreed to transfer the whole of its interest in Grosvenor Liverpool Fund, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP009843 with principal place of business at 70 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 3JP to TMF Trustee No. 1 Limited (acting in its capacity as trustee of the Green Lead ZB 2018 Unit Trust) and therefore ceased to be a partner in the Partnership with effect from the date such notice is published by the London Gazette.
