Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 August 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 6 December 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Othello Rees Sweeney who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Othello Hector Sweeney and assumed the name of Othello Rees Sweeney.
