Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 July 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 4 December 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Brooke Irmak Polat who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Irmak Polat and assumed the name of Brooke Irmak Polat.
