Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 September 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 30 December 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Maddison May Moore who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Maddison May Crickmore and assumed the name of Maddison May Moore.
