Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14 July 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 9 December 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Louie Haydn Mitchell Davies who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Louie Haydn Davies and assumed the name of Louie Haydn Mitchell Davies.
