Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16 October 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 9 December 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Adam Alex Fawzi who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Alexander Adam Fawzi Hassan Hussein and assumed the name of Adam Alex Fawzi.
