Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, on 6 January 2025, TOWER WATSON INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT MASTER TRUST IRELAND A/C TOWERS WATSON LIBERTY 1 MASTER FUND transferred their interest in Darwin Private Equity I LP (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of £10.99, to a limited partner, DARWIN GENERAL PARTNERSHIP LP, and subsequently ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
