Due to an administrative issue, this notice of intended dividend (see below) was not published prior to the final date for proving which was 20 December 2024. If any creditors have not yet proved their claim, they are invited to do so. As a result of this administrative issue, the Joint Liquidators will use their discretion when considering any claims received by 27 January 2025 in order that the dividend can be declared on or before 19 February 2025.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare a dividend to creditors within 2 months of the last date for proving.

Creditors who have not yet done so must prove their debts (in the format specified in Rule 14.4) by delivering their proofs via the Portal at www.ips- docs.com or to the Joint Liquidators at the address below by no later than 20 December 2024.

Creditors who have not proved their debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from this dividend.
